Orla was a new fashion label with a strong first collection and almost no audience. We created a launch campaign that felt far bigger than its budget, from the concept and shoot to every social, email and print asset.

The challenge
Orla had six weeks until launch, a small following and a budget that would not cover a traditional campaign. The founders wanted the first drop to feel like an event, not a quiet store opening.
- Fewer than 2,000 followers across all channels
- One photo shoot to cover every asset
- A crowded launch week in the fashion calendar
Our approach
We built the campaign around one idea: clothes made to be lived in. Instead of a studio shoot, we photographed the collection on friends of the brand in their own homes. That single day gave us portraits, product shots and short clips for a three-week countdown across Instagram, email and posters in two neighbourhoods.

It looked like a brand that had been around for years.
The results
The first drop sold out in 48 hours and Orla opened a waitlist for the second collection the same week.
- 48 hrs to sell out the first drop
- 9,400 new followers during launch
- 3,100 sign-ups on the waitlist
