Vero Studio designs calm, light-filled homes, but their website hid the work behind slow galleries and a contact form nobody could find. We rebuilt it around the projects so the right clients could see themselves in the portfolio and get in touch.

The challenge
Vero’s old site won design awards but not clients. Visitors landed on a full-screen video, scrolled through unlabeled galleries and left. The few enquiries that did come in were for projects far outside the studio’s budget range.
- Projects shown without context, budget or outcome
- No clear next step on any page
- A site only the original developer could update
Our approach
We interviewed recent clients to learn how they chose an architect. Every one of them wanted to see a finished home like theirs, then know what it cost. So we built each project page as a short story: the brief, the constraints, the result and a budget band. A simple enquiry form now sits at the end of every project, and the whole site runs on Webflow so the team publishes new work in minutes.

People finally arrive knowing what we do and what it costs.
The results
In the first quarter after launch, Vero received twice as many enquiries, and far more of them matched the studio’s ideal project size.
- 2x qualified enquiries in three months
- 64% more time spent on project pages
- 10 min to publish a new project
